A man has gone absolutely above and beyond to raise vital funds for Samaritans Ireland.
Brave lad Kennet today embarked on a grueling 7 hour ultra marathon to do his bit for the charity company.
He won't be completely alone during the run however, with his main sponsor Vistamed cheering him on every step of the way.
Starting at 8am and winding up at 3pm, Kennet ticked off a staggering 42 miles in the horrendous humidity...
A staggering effort worthy of a lifetime's applause!
