Paramedics were called to a house in Dungannon on Friday.
Two people have been charged - one with murder - following the death of a two-year-old girl in County Tyrone.
The toddler, named locally as Ali Jayden Maguire, died in hospital on Friday.
Its reported she suffered head injuries at a house in Dungannon.
A 32 year-old man and 24 year-old woman are appearing at Omagh Magistrates' Court later.
