Government officials and the hospitality sector are meeting this evening.
The Restaurants Association of Ireland says it expects time limits for indoor dining to be scrapped.
Government officials and stakeholders from the hospitality sector will meet this evening to discuss re-opening. Ministers meet tomorrow to approve those plans.
On Monday 26th, restaurants, cafes and bars hope they'll be able to open their doors for the first time this year.
However, there's a lot still to be ironed out.
One of the items on the agenda, according to Adrian Cummins of the Restaurants Association of Ireland, is the scrapping of time limits on indoor dining.
They also plan to work out at what point customers will have to show their Digital Covid Certs. Issues around social distancing and ventilation are also set to be discussed.
