Liverpool fan Sean Cox has thanked the thousands of people who have supported him over the past year.
The message comes ahead of tomorrw nights fundraiser at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin.
In a video posted this morning, he gives a thumbs up and offers this message for his supporters:

This marks the first time Sean Cox has addressed the public since the attack.
The father of 3 from Dunboyne in Co. Meath suffered life-changing injuries following an assault outside Anfield almost one year ago.
Seán is set to attend tomorrow nights charity match with all proceeds going towards his recovery.
The game at the Aviva will see former Red legends like Ian Rush, Djibril Cisse and Robbie Fowlerl line up against a Republic of Ireland team that includes Kevin Kilbane, Damien Duff and Robbie Keane. Kick off is at 7:45pm and all the proceeds raised from the game will be donated to the Sean Cox Rehabilitation Trust.
