He was spotted leaving Belfast airport by the Mail Online as he prepares to shoot a new fantasy flick, Dungeons and Dragons.
He's not the only big name to appear, Regé is expected to appear in the starring role alongside Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez and Justice Smith.
It's not yet known what exact part of Ireland they are filming in.
It comes after the Duke left hearts broken all over the world by confirming he would not appear in Bridgerton Season 2.
