The finalists for Ireland's 'Puppy of the Year' competition have been revealed.
Petmania is searching for the 2019 Galway, Meath, Laois and Offaly Puppy of the Year. Each of these winners will go forward for the chance to win the title of Ireland’s overall Puppy of the Year 2019 and claim the grand prize worth over €1,500.
The pet retailer received over 170 nominations in those four counties and have whittled them down to five finalists in each:
Galway finalists:
- Ted, Golden Cocker Spaniel cross Collie
- Bobby, Old English Sheepdog
- Daisy, Pug
- Max, Collie
- Willow, Springer Spaniel
Meath finalists:
- Dora, Minature Yorkshire Terrier
- Ruby, Cavapoo
- Bear, Bernese Mountain dog
- Callam of Spancilhill, Corgi
- Toffi, Chinese Crested
Laois finalists:
- Teddy, Bichon cross Maltese
- Bella, Yorkshire Terrier
- Freddie, Russian Toy Terrier
- Poppy, Pug
- Lola, West Highland White Terrier
Offaly finalists:
- Riley, Collie cross Jack Russell
- Hettie, Irish Doodle
- Sully, Golden Retriever
- Lolly, Maltese
- Pearl, Bichon Frise
