The Normal People star has released his first song. It's called Slip Away and is an original song for the soundtrack of his upcoming movie Carmen.

Carmen is about a young Mexican woman who flees to the US border after her mother was murdered. During the film she meets Paul's character, Aidan, a marine suffering with PTSD who intervenes to stop a murderous border guard.
It was released in the US and Canada last weekend and it's due to be released in Ireland later this spring.
