A 67 year old legend called Padraig Howley is capturing the hearts of the nation with mission to get fit and healthy on Instagram.
He's set out to achieve a daily goal of 10,000 steps and he's attempting to go vegan for 21 days.
It's only been five days since Padraig from Kilfenora in Co. Clare had his first post in Instagram, and he's already got over 35,000 followers.
That means he's pretty much become an overnight sensation.
Padraig is fond of entertaining followers with a tune too!
