Is it ever too early to start talking about the Toy Show?

It's one of the most-watched TV shows in Ireland every year and now, they're looking for their next star.

The Late Late Toy Show has put a call out for little ones to take part. They're looking for both performers and toy demonstrators to have a role in the highly-anticipated Christmas show.

Applications are done through RTÉ's website, where they say:

"Do you know a child who wants to be on this year's Late Late Toy Show?"

"Whether they sing, dance, have a hobby or just love to have a chat we want to hear from you."

Applicants and their parents or guardians simply have to fill out a form on the website and upload a quick audition video. Easy-peasy!

Last year's show saw the nation introduced to some mighty superstars including Adam King and his virtual hugs, the inspirational Saoirse Ruane from Galway and Michael Moloney who sang on the night alongside his idol Dermot Kennedy.
