"Should I go to the Cayman islands?"
An Irish man was left stunned after he found €197million "resting" in his Revolut account.
Kevin Conway from Wexford opened the app on his phone last week and found a total of €197,245,088 in his 'vault' - a saving tool that's on the app.
The error was displayed for two hours before it was corrected.
When he first saw the staggering number, he said he kept checking it on the app - where the number stayed for about two hours.
"Then all of a sudden it was gone," he told RTE News.
"I didn't know what to do. I was scratching my head. I was €200m richer for two hours there."
Revolut described the issue as a “temporary bug” and said that despite the €197million being displayed, the money would not have been withdrawable or available to Kevin.
That didn't stop his imagination running wild though:
"I had lots of things racing through my head - what do you do with €197 million? Should I go to the Cayman islands, should I pay off my car?" he told RTE.
"I knew in my heart and soul I couldn't do anything with the money, so I was waiting to see what would happen."
