Day out anyone?
Dublin Zoo is offering half price entry over the next two weekends to celebrate World Animal Day on October 4th.
World Animal Day is an international day of action which hopes to raise awareness of animals with a special focus on endangered species, protecting natural habitats and supporting animal welfare.
To mark it, Dublin Zoo is offering half price entry this Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th of October and again on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th of October.
They'll also have lots of family-friendly activities for visitors to enjoy this weekend between 12pm and 4pm including arts and crafts, face painting, and talks with zookeepers.
The half-price offer is available to full price adult, child and family tickets only - groups and concessions tickets are not included. You'll also have to purchase them in person at the Dublin Zoo Ticket Office and not online.
