And the midlands will see the best of it.
There's nothing like the prospect of good weekend weather to give you a little boost in the middle of the week.
And Met Éireann is predicting some seriously sound temperatures as high as 21 degrees this coming Saturday, and Sunday doesn't look so bad either.
We'll start with Thursday and Friday, and the best way to describe those two days would be 'meh'.
They'll both be warm with some patches of rain about, with temperatures ranging from 14-19 degrees on both days.
Now to the good stuff!
Saturday is looking prime (for most of the country): The national forecaster says there'll be "good dry spells will develop during the afternoon and evening in many inland areas, with some bright spells.''
''But many Atlantic coastal areas will remain dull and misty. Quite warm in any bright spells, with maximum temperatures of 16 to 21 Celsius, but cooler on Atlantic coasts.
''Winds mostly moderate westerly." So the midlands are set to see the best of the weather on Saturday.
Sunday will see the temperatures drop down to between 14 and 18 degrees, with a bit of morning rain which will clear from the west meaning most of Sunday will be bright, with sunny spells.
Can't complain about that really, can we?
