Very pleasant on the eyes.
How do you improve the mood on a gloomy Monday? With the prospect of amazing weather later in the week... that's how.
And the latest forecast from Met Éireann does not disappoint. After a lackluster summer to date, it looks like we're finally going to get the sun we deserve.
With the exception of today (Monday) and a few storms on Tuesday, the coming week is set to be the warmest of the year so far.
Hallelujah!

Here's what's in store:
Monday (today)
Met Éireann outlines some isolated thunderstorms on Monday night, easing off to leave most areas dry. Minimum temperatures of 10 to 14 degrees.
Tuesday
Misty and foggy conditions will gradually lift, along with a few isolated thunderstorms, mostly likely in Munster and south Leinster.
Highest temperatures of 20 to 23 degrees.
Starting to look good...
Wednesday
This is when things will really start to kick off.
Wednesday should be mostly dry with sunny spells, maximum temperatures of 20 to 25 degrees.
Largely dry overnight with the odd shower in the south, lows of 10 to 15 degrees.
Thursday
Again things should be mainly dry with slight risk of an isolated thunderstorm (but let's just ignore that).
Met Éireann says it should be very warm and humid maximum temperatures of 22 to 27 degrees. Now we're talking.
Friday
And Friday looks set to be just as good as it's predecessor, with temperatures st to fall between 20 to 26 degrees.
Saturday and Sunday
Generally staying very warm but watch out for some thundery rain.
Not ideal...but if we get those three days of bliss, I don't think anyone will mind a bit of rain too much.
