The proceeds will go towards life saving medical equipment.
Girls Aloud are planning to reunite for one night only.
The reunion is happening to raise money in memory of the late Sarah Harding. The 39 year old popstar died last year, following a breast cancer diagnosis.
Nadine Coyle confirmed the news in an interview with OK! magazine, saying proceeds from the event will go towards medical equipment that can detect cancer at an early stage.
Nadine said herself and her former bandmates Cheryl, Nicola and Kimberley hope to reunite away from the stage.
She told the magazine:
"[Sarah’s passing] still affects us deeply, to think about everything that she went through."
"We’re planning a night for an event to raise money in honour of Sarah. She’s very much in the forefront of our minds".
"We definitely want to do something to help others," she added.
