How Flogas has committed to plant 10,000 trees
For every customer that makes the switch to a Flogas Green Future Tariff, the company say they will plant 1 native tree.
In Ireland 1 native tree can absorb 14kg of Carbon Dioxide per year.
This year Flogas committed to the planting of 10,000 native trees which equates to 140 tonnes - roughly the same weight as a blue whale, earth’s largest animal.
