A Donegal man is attempting to become the first person ever to fin swim around the coast of Ireland.
Henry O'Donnell from Carrickfin is on the expedition to raise money for Water Safety Ireland and The Irish Cancer Society.
It's not his first adventure like this either, the 56-year-old has ventured from the lowest to highest points on four continents; Africa, Europe, America and Australia.
Henry says he expects the Fin Swim to be just as challenging
He's already made as far as Wexford from Donegal, and says the support has been great.
