Well that's something you don't see everyday...
Former Taoiseach Enda Kenny has been making fine use of his time since leaving office.
He won a yachting regatta alongside adventurer Bear Grylls' team. Their crew claimed the inaugural King’s Cup regatta, which was hosted by Prince William and Kate.
The Duke's boat finished in joint third while Kate came last in the event off the Isle of Wight yesterday.
A photo posted to Kensington Palace's Instagram page shows the Mayo man on stage with Bear Grylls at the event.
A number of famous faces took part in the race including England Women's footballer Fara Williams and comedian John Bishop. Enda's team represented the Tusk organisation - which supports wildlife conversation in Africa.
