They're organised by the Cost of Living Coalition.
Protestors will be demanding action on the cost of living crisis at demonstrations across the country today.
They will take place in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway and Sligo this afternoon.
The Cost of Living Coalition's organised the rallies, saying the Government is not doing enough to tackle the rising cost of living.
According to a new ESRI report, posted on the group's Facebook page, one-third of households across the country are in energy poverty.
Sinn Féin leader, Mary Lou McDonald has encouraged people to attend the protests:
"People are now making decisions between lighting, heating or eating, and we're very conscious that this scenario won't get any better, we're facing into a very difficult autumn and winter," she said.
She added that people can't wait until October, as the Government will be bringing in a new budget then.
"This is an important initiative. Whatever your politics, wherever you live and wherever you come from; stand out on Saturday and have your voice heard. We have to put pressure, not just in the Dáil, but on the streets, on this Government."
