Ireland's most famous nightclub is up for sale.
The owner, Cathal Jackson, has decided to retire. The club, along with the Jackson Court Hotel, is now on the market and for immediate sale by Private Treaty.
It's understood the venue on Harcourt Street comes with a price tag of more than €40 million.
Copper Face Jacks was first established in 1996 and recorded pre-tax profits of 4 million euro in 2017.
Property consultant Dermot Curtin, of DC Curtin & Associates, said Cathal Jackson “has now decided the time is right for him to retire and is happy in the knowledge that the new owner will be inheriting a very experienced management and staff team who have a great track record in running this long established, popular and very profitable business".
