Look at the size of them!
Up to eight basking sharks have been spotted off the coast of Achill in Co. Mayo, according to a Mayo media outlet.
Incredible drone footage shows the huge sharks swimming and feeding around the pristine waters of Keem Bay.
Videographers James Buckley and Steve Roche captured the footage and said there is far more than one shark in the area - which had been reported previously.
In fact, James claims there are at least eight of them hanging out in the glorious water, and we don't blame them either... just look at it!
Basking sharks are second-largest sharks in the world, after the whale shark, with adults typically reaching a whopping 6–8 m in length.
In the past Keem Bay was the site of one of the world's largest basking shark fisheries, which led to a strong reduction in the species population. That's why it's amazing to see the species back swimming freely around the bay!
