The Dough Bro’s in Galway is giving us a pizza good news!
No matter how you slice it, this is great news for the Galway business.

It’s been a rough week for the hospitality industry after they learned their indoor re-opening was being pushed back.
But there’s one Galway business who is holding strong throughout the pandemic.
The Dough Bro’s Wood Fired Pizza are once again making a name for themselves in Europe.
They were chosen as one of the Top 50 Pizzerias in Europe by Big 7 Travel , coming in at No. 27.
Last year, the brother-run business was named no.21 in a list of top pizzerias outside of Italy.
But this new ranking includes all Naples & Italian pizzerias, so it really is a big deal!
Brothers Ronan and Eugene Greaney started their business in a pizza truck in 2013 before opening their hugely popular restaurant on Middle Street.

Big 7 Travel said the Irish pizzeria has gone from “strength to strength since its humble beginnings as a food truck.”
“It’s well known for its Neapolitan-style pizza, topped with Italian and local Irish salami and cheese.”
They also commended the business for their creativity in offering DIY pizza kits during the pandemic.
