The woman was pushed after being racially abused.
A woman who was filmed being pushed into the Royal Canal in Dublin says she believes her attackers were as young as 12.
Gardaí are treating it as a racially motivated incident and say they're following a definite line of inquiry.
A video of the attack on Friday evening was widely shared on Tik Tok, but has since been removed from the social media site.

''I was walking on the canal enjoying the scene and then I continuously received abuse from teenagers'', she said.
''And after the last one verbally abused me, I was just very angry and I thought 'won't put up with that anymore.'''
''So I went after them and asked them to stop''.
''One of them looked me straight in the eyes and said ‘coronavirus’,'' she told The Irish Times.
After speaking to the youths, she was then pushed backwards into the canal by one of them, as they laughed and walked away.
A spokesperson for An Garda Siochana stated: ''An Garda Siochana takes hate crime seriously, and each and every hate crime reported to us is professionally investigated and victims supported during the criminal justice process''.
Witnesses to the attacked are being asked to come forward.
