Temperatures are predicted to reach as high as 23 degrees this weekend, but we're also being warned about spot flooding.
Met Éireann says it will be warm and humid with slow-moving thundery showers. The temperatures are expected to be highest across Atlantic counties. Here's the full forecast for the weekend ahead:
Friday
Today is set to be mostly cloudy with the odd bright spell and scattered showers. Temperatures could hit 20 degrees in parts but it will be breezy. It'll be a wet one tonight, with most of the showers affecting Leinster and Munster overnight. However, there'll be a lot more drier spells in Ulster and Connacht and lows of 10 degrees.
Saturday
Saturday is forecast to be a mixed bad. It'll be fairly cloudy with scattered showers and the odd sunny spell. The rain will be heaviest across the northern half of Ireland in the morning with more heavy and thundery showers developing throughout the afternoon in Leinster and Munster. It'll be warm and humid too with highs of 21 degrees. Saturday night will be mild and humid too with lows of 10 degrees and some heavy showers too in the south.
Sunday
Sunday will be warm and humid with sunshine and heavy showers. There'll be more prolonged thundery downpours across the western half of the country with spot flooding in parts too. Highs of 23 degrees and it'll be humid too overnight with further showers or longer spells of thundery rain.
