Want to eat ice-cream and be paid for it?
Supermac's is on the hunt for an ice-cream taster.
The fast-food giant has advertised for a Mystery Ice-Cream Taster who'll essentially visit Supermac's outlets across the country eating ice-cream and evaluating it.
We're in!
The job involves visiting Supermac's restaurants to order, pay and eat the ice-cream. You'll have to take photos of the tasty treats and pay close attention to things like presentation and first impressions.
It won't be just the 99s you'll be tucking into either. You'll also have to try out their cookies and ice-cream, their muffins and ice-cream, sundaes and more. The actual dream.
After each ice-cream treat, you'll have to complete a questionnaire evaluating the product and giving it a final score.
Supermac's say the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience eating ice-cream (not a bother to us!), must be a "self-proclaimed Ice Cream Connoisseur" and have good observation skills. Applicants should also be able to give fair and accurate feedback on the products they taste. However, Supermac's will also provide some training!
Over on their website, they describe the role as "probably our best job ever". They added that:
"In addition to customer feedback, we have specific mystery shoppers to provide feedback on their experience in our stores."
"We love our Ice Cream and want your help to make sure that these delicious products make everybody that eats them just as passionate about them as we are."
"You will be our Mystery taster for our Ice Cream products, with a particular focus on our new Cookies and Ice Cream."
