There'll be lows of -4 degrees tonight.
Two separate weather warnings for snow and low temperatures have been issued for the entire country.
From 8pm tonight a low temperature and ice warning will come in to effect for all 26 counties in the Republic of Ireland. Temperatures set to dip to lows of minus four degrees.
A status yellow snow and ice alert will also kick in from 11pm. Met Eireann says the snow fall could lead to treacherous driving conditions.
Both of the warnings will remain in place until Thursday morning.
