Fancy living out your best Johnny Rose life?
The motel from the hit TV show, Schitt's Creek is up for sale.
The Hockley Motel, better known as the Rosebud Motel in the show, is on the market for about €1.3 million (or $2,000,000 CAD).
It's situated in a town called Hockley Valler about 90km north of Toronto in Canada. The motel was one of the main locations for the multi-award winning TV series which came to a close this year after six seasons.
According to the property listing, it includes ten rooms, a two-storey manager's suite and a separate cottage. It's also located close to the Nottawasaga River, which is a big fishing spot for rainbow trout and salmon.
Unfortunately though, the property is not operational at the moment so the new owner will have to do a lot of sprucing up.
You can find out all the details on the property over on the official listing.
