They've been missing since last night.
A search operation is continuing this morning after two paddle-boarders went missing off the coast of Galway.
The women, believed to be in their late teens and early 20s, set out at about 8pm and the alarm was raised at around 10pm when they went missing from the Furbogh area.
The Galway RNLI lifeboats began the search which was carried out throughout the night, and were shortly joined by volunteers from the Aran Islands division.
The Irish Coastguard and local vessels have also joined in looking for the two people.
