Met Éireann is also warning of potential flooding.
Twelve counties in the midlands and south of the country will be under yet another yellow rainfall for 24-hours.
Munster, Carlow, Kilkenny, Laois, Wexford, Wicklow and Offaly will experience thundery downpours across overnight and tomorrow.
The warning will come into effect from 1am Thursday and is valid until 1am on Friday.

Met Éireann is warning residents to be aware of river levels, as there's a chance of further flooding in the region.
