Parking Tag has launched cashless parking in Athlone and Mullingar.
Is there anything worse than fumbling around your car for change?
You root through your handbag, the glove compartment and your car's cup holders only to admit defeat and realise you've to break a €20 note.
There's nothing worse.
That’s where Parking Tag comes to the rescue. They've rolled out cashless, hassle-free parking across Athlone and Mullingar. There are over 280,000 motorists already using the app across 15 local authorities in Ireland and it's easy to see why.
Parking Tag lets you safely pay for your parking through their app, website, by text message or over the phone. Just one more contactless method that'll make your life ten times easier.

You can register by visiting parkingtag.ie or by downloading the app onto your smart phone. Once you're registered, you can park immediately and take advantage of day rate parking, where it's available.
If you want to park without registering for an account, that can be done too. Just choose the option to ‘Park Now’ on the website and pay with your debit or credit card. The text message and phone options also mean you can do a once-off payment via your card. Three and Vodafone customers can also charge their parking to their phone bill or credit so you'll never be stuck.
The guys at Parking Tag will also be sound and offer you an optional SMS reminder when your parking's running out. A life without the frantic run to check the parking ticket? We're sold!
Want to win that free parking? Head on over to iRadio's Facebook page AND Instagram to be in the draw. And don't forget to check out parkingtag.ie for more on hassle-free parking.
