A family in Northern Ireland are convinced their pet cat's meow has a distinct Northern Irish twang.
Derry man Michael Allen has gone viral on Twitter after he shared a video of his brother's black cat, writing:
"I swear my brother's cat has a Northern Ireland accent. Aye."
And A LOT of people agree with him, after the video was viewed over 215,000 times, gathering over 14,000 likes and 3,000 retweets.

In the video, Michael's brother Ian asks 'Are you a good boy?' and it just about sounds like the cat responds with a trademark 'aye'.
