McDonald's will reopen for walk-in takeaways later this month

McDonald's is preparing to reopen for walk-in service in two weeks, the fast-food chain will start opening their doors across the country from the 24th of June.

McDonald’s UK & Ireland CEO Paul Pomroy said: "In line with Government changes to lockdown restrictions, over the next few weeks and months we’ll reopen in towns and cities across Ireland.

"I know that opening those doors will be incredibly satisfying for our restaurant teams, but it will also mean them getting used to the measures we have implemented to enable us to safely return.

"So please continue to support them and follow the social distancing measures we’ve introduced for the safety of our teams and you."

According to the McDonalds website these stores are already offering McDelivery services:

  • Nutgrove Shopping Centre, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14
  • Kylemore Road, Dublin 12
  • East Wall Road, East Wall, Dublin 3
  • Artane Castle Shopping Centre, Kilmore Road, Dublin 5
  • Coolock Retail Park, Malahide Road, Coolock, Dublin 17
  • Belgard Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24

At present McDonald's stores around the country are only ofering Drive-Thru services, with a €30 spending limit on each car.
