The Rathkeale House Hotel said the idea came about as they looked at ways to "give back" to those putting themselves at risk during the pandemic.
Loved ones can nominate others or people can enter themselves to win the wedding worth €6000, accommodating 25 guests. The winner will also get a drinks reception, canapes, meal and champagne.
A public vote will decide the overall winner.
