Weddings will be limited to six guests.
The government has announced that Cavan, Monaghan and Donegal will move to level 4 from midnight, meaning all non-essential retail will close.
The rest of the country will remain on level three, but with additional restrictions coming into effect.
Household visits are banned, while only 6 people from two households can meet outdoors.
These restrictions will remain n place until November the 10th.
Here is what level four means for the three counties:
- You cannot have visitors from outside your own household.
- Weddings ; Up to 6 guests can attend a wedding ceremony and reception.
- Bars, Cafes, Restaurants ; Take away food or delivery. No indoor dining. Outdoor dining limited to a maximum of 15 patrons.
- No organised indoor gatherings should take place.
- Sport: No matches or events to take place.
- Gyms/leisure centres/swimming pools closed.

Religious services: Services will be held online. Places of worship remain open for private prayer.
- Hotels: Open but only for existing guests, and those with essential non-social and non-tourist purposes.
- Work: Only essential or other designated workers should go to work.
