Last year, his mum Ruth used Facebook to ask people to post him birthday cards.
More than a thousand people wrote to him in Co. Donegal from all over the world.
This year, Ruth said that Jack got post from people who also sent cards last year.
Among the Irish stars were ‘James Maguire’ from Derry Girls, played by Dylan Llewellynm and 'Buster’ from Mrs. Brown's Boys played by Danny O’Carroll.
'Sergeant' Jack also got a socially distanced visit from some members of Letterkenny Garda Station.
