It could be just outdoor dining or takeaway in Dublin for the next few weeks.

It's one of the recommendations from the National Public Health Emergency Team as the capital prepares to move to level three restrictions.
The cabinet sub-committee on COVID has been meeting to consider the NPHET advice on further restrictions on Dublin. There, the Taoiseach and other senior ministers will make a decision, before convening the full cabinet to approve it.
It's likely that bars and restaurants currently open will be told they can't serve people indoors - and that it will be outdoor dining or takeaway food only for the next few weeks. That's on top and above the level three restrictions also being brought in.
They include a ban on leaving the county except for work or education. Weddings and funerals will be capped at 25 attendees while religious services like mass will move online.
It's expected the cabinet will meet this afternoon ahead of a tea time announcement of the new restrictions to take effect from midnight.
New figures from the HPSC will likely influence the cabinet decision - with Dublin's 14 day incidence rate now topping 114, and climbing as high as 173 in Dublin North West.
