Four counties have been removed from the list.
Just four countries are on the governments latest green list.
From Monday September 28th, people returning from Cyprus, Finland, Latvia and Liechtenstein will not have to restrict their movements.
Liechtenstein is the only country that doesn't have restrictions for travellers arriving from other jurisdictions.
The previous list included seven countries however Germany, Poland, Iceland and Lithuania are being removed.
The current list remains in effect until midnight on Sunday 27 September.
