The first official trailer for the new drama starring Brendan Gleeson as Donald Trump has been released.
The Irish actor, 65, plays the American President in the miniseries based on former FBI director James Comey’s bombshell book, A Higher Loyalty.
The 30-second teaser shows glimpses of Gleeson utilising Trump's distinctive mannerisms, saying “I’m the president now” in his unmistakable voice.
The Comey Rule will air in two parts, with the first surrounding all the events surrounding the 2016 election and the FBI investigation launched into Hilary Clinton.
The second part is "a virtual day-by-day account of the tempestuous relationship between Comey and Trump and the intense and chaotic first months of the Trump presidency".
