Micheál Martin will be elected Taoiseach tomorrow if all three parties approve.
Fine Gael members have approved the programme for government and voted to form a coalition with Fianna Fáil and the Greens
The programmed passed with Yes 80% to No 20% out of the 674 votes (a 95% turnout).
90% of their TDs, Senators and MEPs voted in favour of the deal.
It was 85% among the national executive, and 71% support among constituency delegates.
However, just 57% of local councillors in Fine Gael voted in favour.
The results of the Fianna Fáil and Green Party votes are expected in the next few hours.
If approved by all three parties, Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin will be elected Taoiseach at a special meeting of the Dáil tomorrow.
