The collision happened in Louth this morning.
Two men have been killed after a three-car crash in Co Louth.
Another two males have also been hospitalised, but their lives aren't in danger.
The three-car crash happened on the Ardee Link Road, just off the M1 at Richardstown, Dunleer, at about 8.10am.
The male driver of one car, aged in his early 50s, was killed along with the male driver of the second vehicle, aged in his mid-30s.
Their bodies have been removed to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, where post mortem examinations will take place.
Two other males were also injured - the passenger of the second car, and the driver of a third vehicle.
Both have been taken to the Drogheda Hospital, with non-life threatening injuries.
Garda forensics are at the scene. The road is closed and local diversions are in place.
