The possibilities are many, and right a new trend is taking off thanks to social media - the breakfast egg toastie.

The sandwich sensation was sampled by TikTok user @Ivycher who explained the simple process.
Here's how it works.
You start by breaking two eggs into a bowl and seasoning them with salt and pepper before beating the eggs with a fork.
Then pour it into a plan and place two pieces of bread in, coating both sides.
Leave that to cook away for a moment, before flipping the whole thing over once the egg is cooked through.
When the egg is on top of the bread, throw in any extras you fancy, in this case cheese and ham are added.
Then just fold the pieces of bread together and bask in the breakfast goodness you've created.
Tik Tok users were keen to try it out for themselves, one replied: "Brb gonna go make this for breakfast right now!"
A second said: "I made my sister this for breakfast and she really liked it. Thanks!"
Another added: "Who needs Gordon Ramsay when ya have Ivy."
