The poor dog was left in the cold for over 7 hours.
Heartbreaking footage released by Dogs Trust Ireland shows a pair of people abandoning a dog outside of their Dublin Rehoming Centre in the middle of the night.
In the footage, the pair can be seen walking the dog up to the entrance, where they tie the dog to the gate and walk away.
The clip then fast forwards to 7 hours and 39 minutes later when staff members arrive to find the dog, who must've been freezing cold.
Following the abandonment of Beau, a female Rottie in urgent need of veterinary care, outside our Rehoming Centre, we are reiterating our appeal for people to please contact us if they are struggling with their dogs.

Staff soon discovered the dog, who they named Beau, has several tumours, as well as chronic ear infection that was causing her head to tilt to one side.
"I went to open the rehoming centre gates, just before 7:30am and found the dog, who we named Beau, attached to the gates," said Eimear Cassidy, Operations Assistant Manager of Dogs Trust Ireland.
"She was immediately friendly and very pleased to see me, which made it even more upsetting when I reviewed the CCTV footage and saw she had been abandoned just before midnight.
"I burst into tears when I realised, she had spent over seven hours in the cold, on her own, just lying there, especially given the fact that we have an emergency number stuck to the gate.
"It wasn't until I took her indoors into the light, that I saw the tumors hanging from her undercarriage and that her head was tilted to one side."
