Very sad news.
Two men have died in a single vehicle collision on the R181 between Castleblayney and Lough Egish just before 2:30 this afternoon, in Co. Monaghan.
Both victims, one in his 30s and the other in his 40s, died at the scene.
Gardai are appealing to anyone with information, particularly thoser with dash cam footage who were travelling in the area between 2 and 2:30 this afternoon, to contact them.
