An elderly resident and another worker have now been found to have the virus.
Concerns have been raised about Covid-19 cases at a Dublin care home after a staff member allegedly hid a positive test result from management.
An elderly resident and another worker were found to have the virus after testing was carried out according to the Irish Independent, while other staff members are self-isolating.
An investigation is to be carried out into the outbreak.
Sinn Féin's Louise O'Reilly who is on the Covid-19 committee hopes it's an isolated incident.
''If it is a case that there's an issue with regard to the environment that a worker didn't feel able to come forward, that needs to be fixed'', she said.
''If there is a case where a worker didn't felt that they didn't need to come forward for some reason, well that really needs to be fixed.
''And if it's a case that the HSE needs to up there game in relation to an information campaign, that really needs to be done''.
