But the price is staying the same...

Cadbury is going to cut the size of chocolate bars sold in multipacks - but keep prices the same.

It's part of efforts by the company's owner Mondelez to reduce the calories of each treat to below 200.

"We must play our part in tackling obesity and are committed to doing so without compromising on consumer choice," Louise Stigant, UK managing director at Mondelez International told the BBC.

When asked why "single-serve" bars were unaffected, a spokesperson for Mondelez said the firm believed in "offering consumers different portion sizes for different occasions".

But it's led to accusations of so-called "shrinkflation" by consumer groups, where smaller products don't get smaller prices.

One customer said the company should change the name of its 'double decker' chocolate bar to a 'mini-bus' hinting at the reduction in size of the bar over the years.

While another wrote :"Cadbury trying to say that the change is for health reasons when it seems painfully obvious it's for profit margins".
