Over half of singles want to date locally because of the pandemic

That's what over half of singletons will be doing anyway.

A new survey shows that 52% of single people looking to date during the pandemic say they now want to do so locally.

45% of people say they would be reluctant to go on a date if it was too far away from them. That's according to a survey by dating site Bumble, as lockdown restrictions ease.

Online daters that use Bumble now can now select what type of dates they're looking. The options on the app include virtual only, socially-distanced, or socially-distanced with masks.
