The discovery was made in a car park in the early hours of this morning.
The man was found just before half two this morning in a multi-story car park on Drury Street.
His body remains at the scene this morning.
A Garda investigation is now under way and a technical exam is being carried out.
The body will be removed for a post mortem exam which will determine the course of the garda investigation
Gardai say they are investigating all the circumstances of his death but at this stage it’s not being treated as suspicious.
