There's 'dry and settled' weather on the way!
Well it's safe to say that after a promising spell of sun back in late April and May, things took a turn for the worst in June.
But if the latest forecast from Met Éireann is anything to go by, we can expect a bit of sun back in our lives later in the week.
Here's what it'll look like.
Today will be cloudy in most areas, with scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle, though clear spells will develop later in the day.
Wednesday will be better again, with "good dry intervals in the northern half of the country", as well as some bright spells developing, especially in the north and northwest.
Thursday will be the warmest day of the week, with temperatures of 15 to 20C. It'll be mainly dry, with some bright or sunny spells developing, especially in the northern half of the country, but cloudier in the south.
Friday will be dry in most areas, with sunny spells, but a few scattered showers are likely, mainly in Ulster. Maximum temperatures of 14 to 18 degrees Celsius are to be expected, in light northwesterly breezes.
And the outlook from Saturday to next Monday sounds decent enough too, a forecaster wrote:
''Further Outlook (Saturday to Monday, inclusive): Current indications suggest that it will be dry and settled, with a mix of cloud and sunny spells and light winds. Gradually becoming a little warmer also for the early days of next week''.
We'll definitely take that!
