You'll be able to explore ancient Ireland in the new Assassin's Creed game

And the trailer looks stunning.

One of the biggest game releases set for 2020 is Assassins Creed Valhalla, the latest installment in the long running franchise.

The game itself, which will be set during the viking era, will be released on November 10th.

Then, come spring time of 2021 there will be two major expansion packs added, one of which will be set in ancient Ireland.

It will be called 'Wrath of the Druids'and will see players travel to ancient Ireland to discover the history and movements of a mysterious druid cult.

The feature will be packed full of Gaelic myths and folklore, and features ring forts, and even shows Dublin's roots as a major trading port of that time.

Ubisoft, creators of the game, say:

''The first major expansion, Wrath of the Druids, arrives Spring 2021 as a part of the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Season Pass.

''In this new adventure, players will journey to Ireland and unravel the mysteries of an ancient and mysterious druidic cult, tracking and discovering their members.

''Diving into Gaelic myths and folklore, they’ll need to fight their way through haunted forests and dazzling landscapes while gaining influence among Gaelic kings.''

The other expansion pack will arrive later in 2021 and will be about the famous viking Siege of Paris.

''In The Siege of Paris, players will have the chance to relive the most ambitious battle in Viking history with key historical figures of war-torn Frankia. During this key moment in history, players will infiltrate the fortified city of Paris and the River Seine under a prolonged siege, uncover enemy secrets, and form strategic alliances to safeguard their clan’s future.'' Ubisoft say.
