The company claims to have Ireland's largest 5G network.
Three Ireland's new 5G network is being launched in every county this morning.
It'll initially cover just over a third of the population and be available to prepay, bill pay and business customers on supported devices.
Technology correspondent, Jess Kelly, has this advice for anyone looking to access the new 5G feature.
''The first thing you do is check the coverage map of your mobile network and you see if they have 5G in the area where you live and where you work'', she said.
''You can go to vodafone.ie, eir.ie or three.ie and go to the coverage map.
''If you decide that you do want though you do need to have a 5G enabled phone and be on one of the 5G plans''.
Three joins Vodafone and Eir in offering 5G services to in Ireland, and claims to have the largest 5G network in the country with 315 sites for the next generation technology, and plans to add further sites early next year.
