Today is World Kindness Day.
The day is to celebrate your sound-ness no matter how big or small.
The Charities Aid Foundation's 2017 World Giving Index shows which country's are the most generous in the world, and our little island doesn't do too badly at all, coming in at number 8.
This is known as "The world's leading study of generosity" and is judged in three categories, which are: helping a stranger, donating money, and volunteering time.
